After living in our home for 6 months, we wanted to take the opportunity to tell you that we are very pleased we chose Stafford Development when buying our new home.  We had initially looked at over 75 homes before deciding to buy a Custom Home Built by Stafford.

From the first day we set foot in the home, both Judy and I believed we had found something special.  The attention to detail in every area was second to none.  The use of high quality materials, workmanship and architectural details such as quartz countertops, Kohler fixtures throughout, extremely energy efficient windows, top notch appliances and groin cathedral ceilings, truly makes this home a dream to live in. 

Since moving in, we have been as equally pleased as when we first decided to buy. So many details were taken into consideration when this home was built that makes it so comfortable; layout, warm hardwoods, beautiful tiling throughout and home audio wired in each room of the home. In addition to the energy efficient windows, a high efficient furnace, multi zone thermostatically controlled dampers, well insulated walls and ceilings and heated bathroom floors have made this home very economical to run.

Like all new homes, there is always going to be little things that need addressing.  How these get addressed separates the good builders from the bad ones.  Rick, your staff has always been very responsive to our needs.  Your service manager always returns calls, is very well mannered and takes care of the issues in a timely manner. 

Rick, I know others will have the same wonderful experience that my family has enjoyed when they choose to buy a home built by Stafford Development.
